Greg Burke was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago. A graduate of Marquette University (where he first became enamored with German culture, i.e. food and beverages), Greg founded his own business venture designing and selling high end “Fluidscapes” which are similar to Lava Lamps but on a grander scale.
An avid Bears fan, Greg's family has been tailgating with the same group of people since the team played up at Clark and Addison. It was in the South Lot at Soldier Field where Greg recently found his new calling…the schnitzel sandwich. Over the past few seasons he has perfected it and is proud to bring it to the streets of Chicago.
