I recently discovered a mead wine called Blanc de Fleur and made by Wild Blossom Meadery and Winery . The Mead is made from honey collected by bees from the nectar of wildflowers in the prairies of the Midwest. It is a semi dry style mead similar to a Riesling however it has a floral honey aroma and a crisp fruity flavor.
