The Market will be held every Sunday, June 14 - Oct. 25 from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Mount Prospect Train Depot West Commuter Parking Lot (corner of Northwest Hwy & Rte. 83). I recently discovered a mead wine called Blanc de Fleur and made by Wild Blossom Meadery and Winery . The Mead is made from honey collected by bees from the nectar of wildflowers in the prairies of the Midwest. It is a semi dry style mead similar to a Riesling however it has a floral honey aroma and a crisp fruity flavor. Blanc de Fleur by Wild Blossom Winery won the 2005 International Mead Competition Gold Medal.
