The one food that is served at virtually every Mexican fiesta is the tamale. Our expert instructors will teach you how to handle masa, make sweet and savory fillings, prepare corn husks and roll and steam tamales. At the end of class, we’ll toast with a glass of the best sangria this side of Guadalajara. Salud!
