Usinger's Sausage Shop
Usinger's is a one of a kind, nationally recognized family business devoted to the craft of sausage making. We are located along the banks of the Milwaukee River in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. Our Sausage Shop is located at the same location as our manufacturing plant, unfortunately we are not able to give tours because of food sanitation requirements. When you visit our shop, it's like stepping back into another era.
